Where does the data come from?

HM Land Registry, DVF Cerema, INE Spain + Catastro, INE Portugal, Tapu ve Kadastro for Türkiye, Eurostat, OpenStreetMap. Where official registries do not publish individual transactions, AI estimates fill the gap — always labelled.

What does it cost?
