BUYER: the individual or entity who purchases a service by creating an account and paying on outpostabroad.com, using the email and billing details provided at registration.

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital services the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER's site outpostabroad.com.

Outpost provides digital analysis reports (dossiers), the Investor subscription, instant digital products (Negotiation Brief, Visa & Residency, Document Decoder) and the Concierge coordination service for international property buyers. Each product's current name, scope and tax-inclusive price are shown clearly at checkout and on the pricing page.

Payment is collected securely via Creem using Visa / Mastercard credit or debit cards. The total shown at order confirmation is the final amount payable, taxes included.

The services are entirely digital; there is no physical delivery. On payment confirmation the service is performed immediately through the BUYER's account (report/tool access is unlocked, subscription activated). For access issues, contact hello@outpostabroad.com; see Delivery & Returns.

As a rule the BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of the agreement without giving a reason.

Exception: for services that are performed immediately and electronically with the BUYER's consent (e.g. generating/opening a report, producing an instant product), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun. The BUYER accepts at checkout that the service is delivered immediately and that the withdrawal right is lost once delivery starts. Unopened/ungenerated items retain the 14-day withdrawal right.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and access continues until then. See Refund Policy and Delivery & Returns.

Where withdrawal applies, the BUYER notifies hello@outpostabroad.com. The SELLER refunds the total within 14 days of receiving the notice, to the original payment method (the relevant card via Creem). No bank/commission cost of the refund is passed to the BUYER.

The BUYER confirms having read the pre-contractual information on product features and price and having given the necessary electronic consent. Disputes are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence, within the monetary thresholds announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. The BUYER may direct complaints to the SELLER contact channels above.
